Nutrition.
Always eat a balanced meal before you go to school. It will help you think more clear, and get you through the day so you don't feel drained and tired. Try something like whole grain toast with fruit. Or eggs with your choice of meat. Things like fruit loops, captain crunch, lucky charms, Cinnamon toast crunch, and frosted flakes, are super sugary and will make you crash in the middle of your English class.
For one day you should be getting a little bit of everything. Meats, dairy, fruits & veggies, protein, and bread.

Exercise
It is recommended that we get 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Even if you exercise for at least 30 minutes, it will still help. The best exercise would be strength training. Which includes lat pull downs, crunches, bicep curls, dips, and squats. Exercising benefits your health, keeps you in a good mood, prevents high blood pressure, boosts your energy for the day, and more strength.
Sleep
You need about eight and a half to nine hours of sleep each night. The right amount of sleep is good for anyone who wants to do good in school and sports. If you over sleep, they can actually become even more tired through out the day.
